How much does it cost to list a property on Zgjedhja Ime? ▾
0 €. As a private owner, listing is free with no commission. We only earn when partner agencies close a deal with our clients.
Are your owners verified? ▾
Yes. Every property posted by a private owner is reviewed by our operator before going public. We verify identity, phone, and that the property exists at the declared address.
How do I contact the property owners? ▾
You send us a request via the listing page. Our operator contacts the owner and arranges the visit. The owner's direct phone is never published — that's the core privacy protection.
How quickly will you contact me after my request? ▾
Within 24 hours, usually much faster during business hours (09:00–18:00, every day). For urgent requests, use the WhatsApp button for instant reply.
Do I need an account to search? ▾
No. Browsing listings, using the map and filters is fully anonymous. An account is only needed if you want to save favourite listings or activate saved-search alerts.
Which areas does the platform cover? ▾
Tirana — rentals only. We cover every zone in Tirana, including Bllok, Komuna e Parisit, Don Bosko, 21 Dhjetori, Ali Demi, Kombinat, Astir, Yzberisht, Liqeni i Thatë and the outskirts. No extra cost for private owners.
How does the partner-agency service work? ▾
You bring the property, we find the tenant and manage the process — no fee at all. Cooperation terms are set through a direct agreement, after a conversation, and put in writing. Apply at brokerage.
How do you protect my personal data? ▾
Your data (phone, email) is never shared publicly. No information is sold to third parties. Details are stored encrypted and you can request deletion at any time. Full privacy policy.
Can I report a fake listing? ▾
Yes. Every listing page has a 🚩 Report this listing button. Our operator reviews each report within 24 hours and removes the listing if confirmed fake. Reports are anonymous.
Do you cover sales too, not just rentals? ▾
Right now the focus is rentals. Sale listings are accepted via the brokerage channel, handled exclusively by partner agencies.
