Renting in Bllok: why we do not list there, and what it costs with us
Bllok is Tirana's most expensive neighbourhood and its most sought-after. The "what does it cost" question comes up daily — and our honest answer is this: Zgjedhja Ime has no listings in Bllok, so you will not find a price table here that we never measured.
Why we do not list in Bllok
We work with private owners who want long-term tenants and pay no commission. In Bllok most flats go to daily rental or to full-commission agencies — a different market from ours. That also means our list is the cheaper end of the city, not its average.
What it costs with us, in the areas where we do have listings
These are the prices of our own active listings, August 2026 — not a measurement of the Tirana market:
- Studios — 294 with us, from €140, list midpoint €230.
- 1+1 — 225 with us, from €100, list midpoint €300.
- 2+1 — 62 with us, from €300, list midpoint €400.
By area, where we have most: Qyteti Studenti (69 homes, midpoint €250), Astir (62, €300), Rruga 5 Maji (58, €270), Vilat Gjermane (35, €250), Jordan Misja (27, €225).
If it has to be Bllok
For a market figure on Bllok, use a market source — the large listing portals, or an agency that works there. We will not hand you a number we have not checked ourselves.
But if what you actually need is the centre rather than the name, look at Rruga 5 Maji and Qyteti Studenti: minutes from the centre, and the owner pays no commission at all.
